Sr. Recruiter

A. Hiring:
- Be responsible for full-cycle of recruitment activity at the Company.
- Identifying, connecting or networking candidates to build-up strong database in the market
- Sourcing, approaching and attracting candidates who are actively or passively looking for new move at the time being by sharing job opportunities.
- Work closely with line managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines
- Work with the internal sourcing team and line manager to address the right candidates (they will support in searching, interviewing and selection)
- Work with recruitment agencies to get the jobs posted on the company's website (if any), job boards, and social media.
- Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
- Facilitate English and off-line tests and also facilitate interviews with line managers
- Ensure the expectations of the candidates and those of the company are both met
- Maintain daily updates on recruitment systems (if any)
- Participate in daily short meetings with the Team/Manager

B. Recruitment branding (promote company name in the labor market):
- Engage with the assigned business leaders to understand hiring forecasts, current and future skill setting requirements and develop strategies to execute to the hiring requirements. Capable to build healthy pipeline for different hiring type with diversity in mind.
- Uses metrics to assess candidate quality and quantity, recruiter efficiency, and to measure hiring trends versus hiring projections.
- Possesses good understanding of markets (skill sets, trends, competition, etc), and incorporates that knowledge into strategy development and execution.
- Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Partner with multiple hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs in order to effectively drive recruitment efforts.
- Be supported by HR manager, Senior recruiter responsibilities are building network and relationships with candidates and universities/school, headhunting services to develop a strong talent pipeline for the business. Some examples are as following:
+ Working with Line Manager to understand the talent needs and work out an effective plan.
+ Connect and engage with key targeted Universities/Colleges to build up the pool of students and fresh graduates.
+ Effectively utilize the various channels to promote employer brand, including social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn with Senior Professionals both locally and globally)
+ Play a critical role in coordinating and execute hiring activities to support immediate business needs.
+ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Manage external and internal communications channels (Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook ads, email, banners, etc.)

I/ Qualification Requirements
1. Education: University
2. Professional: HR related major is advantage
3. Language Skill: Good English (4 skills)
4. Office Skill: MS office, especially Power point.
5. Working Experiences: At least 03 years experience in Search & Selection field
6. Personal Characteristics: integrity, result-oriented, extrovert.
7. Others (if any): Easily connect and create relationships with many kind of people
