Sr. Electrical Engineer (01 Post) Kỹ Sư Điện Chính

• Should work in accordance with the CLJOC’s HS&E policies and procedures;
• Responsible for assisting in assuring the Electrical technical integrity of CLJOC offshore installations through developing and maintaining management systems to ensure electrical maintenance activities are carried out with company’s and industry standard, policies and procedures;
• Responsible for assisting offshore group in the definition of the work scope for Electrical job-packs for routine, non-routine, shutdown and modification tasks and assisting other groups with Electrical input to multi-discipline tasks;
• Review planned maintenance routines and carry out optimization studies within the Electrical discipline to minimize the cost of maintenance whilst retaining an acceptable level of plant and equipment reliability. Liaise with offshore group and other departments as required to ensure effective/efficient delivery of the campaign maintenance plan;
• Support engineering and project groups in the design, installation and start-up of new equipment or upgrades;
• Ensure that all appropriate Electrical engineering, maintenance and technical records including plant history are updated as required using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS);
• Work with E&I Coordinator and other department to ensure critical electrical spares are available and stocking levels are correct;
• Approximately 30% of working hours will be spent offshore;
• All other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

• Vietnamese citizen;
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems within oil and gas or heavy industries;
• Working experience of electrical equipment items including transformers, low and medium switchgear, MCCs, UPS, diesel and turbine generator, motors, cabling, lighting, earthling, heat tracing and hazardous area equipment;
• Knowledge of Vietnamese, American and International electrical standards (TCVN, IEC, IEEC, NEC, NFPA70);
• Working knowledge and experience in use of CMMS system would be an advantage;
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to good safety and environmental work practices;
• Ability to work on multi-national and culturally diverse teams;
• Proficient in English language;
• Proficient computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
