Mô tả công việc
• Monthly collect project information (new investment or expansion) and prepare PCVs form in specific target provinces to help sales activities.
• Builds and maintain strong relationships with Industrial Parks (IPs), Authorities Offices, and Investors, Consultants & Contractors in assigned or target provinces to collects and gather the information about the investments in target provinces as much as possible.
• Frequently visits all IPs in target provinces to check if there are new projects/investments and check what company/ who does the steel buildings for such projects/investments.
• Develops and maintain networking with all licensing authorities, and IP developers to have info about new investments at a very early stage.
• Collects information, receives drawings, checks and verify the information from all sources to ensure the reliable information before report to sales office.
• Deliveries company brochures/catalogues to IPs.
• Actively reads newspapers & magazines (online or hardcopies) to seek and obtain new project info, monitor competitors’ activities.
• Join and participate to the provincial investment promotion events, seminars of IPs
• Carries out market insight research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness;
• Monitors competitors’ activity/ event/ project in province.
• Makes reports and attend weekly meeting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• B.A Graduated in Marketing or Equivalent Faculty
• Preferred basic knowledge of pre-engineered buildings
• At least 03 years in marketing field
• Good English communication & customer service skill
• Mature, energetic, outward & pleasant personality.
• Able to Travel in long hours and out-door working.
