Mô tả công việc
- Administration, exploitation and operation of the system, application platforms
- Participate in the development planning & optimization of the systems.
- Collaborate with IT Vendor to fix and to modify the system according to IT issuance, IT Change Request.
- Collaborate with Business Department/ Division to support matching with business demands.
- Provide technical support to internal end-users and outside customers.
- Plan and manage the system.
- Support the person in charge of IT related projects/tasks.
- Support on Drill Plan

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in computer sciences/IT
- + 1 year of experience in end-user support activities
- Good knowledge at SQL
- Experienced in ERP (Accounting module or Card System)
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to diagnose and resolve the basic issue.
- Customer-Oriented and Cool-tempered.
- Have technique and practice for client inquiries, troubleshooting and problem resolution and prioritization.
- + 1 year of experience in end-user support activities
- Good knowledge at SQL
- Experienced in ERP (Accounting module or Card System)
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to diagnose and resolve the basic issue.
