Missions:
Our Decathlon sport (team) leaders are user centric. They connect with the users by creating possibilities to interact, engage, and activate sports practice. They interact with them at store, places of sports practice (clubs, stadiums, sports playgrounds...) and digitally (social media like FB, Instagram,….)
Your Profile:
You are passionate about your sport and practice it regularly.
You are able to play the role of a team leader.
You are dynamic and have a high sense of responsibility and capacity of organisation.
A sense of service and team spirit are your strengths.
As a person of action, you know how to take decisions.
You have a vision to develop your sport and are well connected to your community
You are flexible and ready to work during weekend (5 days per week) and take another day off instead
You speak Vietnamese & English
Your Responsibilities:
In a store, as the leader of your specific sport team, you take charge of the recruitment, training and management of your teammates.
Passionate about the customer, you develop and animate your commercial policies thanks to a good management of your stock, your merchandising and your ranges of products.
You will be responsible of your Profit & Loss account
You develop and manage your resources in all autonomy as a true leader of your activity.

Các trưởng nhóm bán hàng thể thao (sport leader) của Decathlon luôn lấy khách hàng làm trung tâm. Họ kết nối với người tiêu dùng bằng cách tạo cơ hội tương tác, tham gia và khuyến khích tập luyện thể thao tại cửa hàng, tại những nơi tập luyện thể thao (câu lạc bộ, sân vận động, sân chơi thể thao…) và qua phương tiện kỹ thuật số (kênh truyền thông xã hội như FB, Instagram,...)
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Bạn đam mê và tập luyện thường xuyên môn thể thao bạn phụ trách
Bạn có khả năng quản lý 1 nhóm ngành hàng thể thao
Bạn năng động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng tổ chức tốt
Bạn có kĩ năng chăm sóc khách hàng và tinh thần đồng đội tốt.
Bạn chủ động và có khả năng tự đưa ra quyết định
Bạn có tầm nhìn về kinh doanh để phát triển ngành hàng thể thao mình phụ trách cũng như kết nối tốt với cộng đồng thể thao của bạn
Bạn sẵn sàng làm việc vào cuối tuần (5 ngày/ tuần) và nghỉ ngày khác thay thế

Bạn đam mê dịch vụ khách hàng, bạn phát triển và cải tiến những chính sách thương mại và có các kỹ năng quản lý tốt kho hàng, hoạt động trưng bày sản phẩm và lựa chọn dòng hàng
Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm báo cáo Lỗ & Lãi
Bạn phát triển và quản lý các nguồn lực một cách chủ động và thực sự thể hiện vai trò của 1 trưởng nhóm
