Specialist- Technical Services, Construction System, Construction Chemicals

Technical service:
- Prepare materials, propose mix-design and do trial tests at job site;
- Prepare samples as required;
- Solve technical problems;
- Analyse competitive edge of own products, propose and carry-out possible solutions.

Lab management and product development:
- Organize and carry out the activities of the lab (sample preparation, testing, data recording);
- Maintain and calibrate Lab equipment.

Technical support:
- Provide technical supports such as organizing technical seminars, workshop to introduce and promote products;
- Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations/ problems on product performance/ technical service needs to verify product design suitability to application.

Safety and housekeeping:
- Maintain safe and healthy working environment following standards of EHS and 5S practice.

• Degree in Construction materials, Civil engineering or Chemical engineering.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Good understanding of construction material such as flooring, waterproofing, repairing and sealant.
• Good understanding of techniques of construction-site application and testing performance.
• Good computer skills (MS. Office). Be able to use English for working.
