SPECIALIST MARKETING
Job summary:
Support the execution of Group-wide/Business Unit-wide/regional/country/channel/product expansion strategies, execute research/feasibility studies and support the interactions with potential clients and customers in line with business objectives
Business metrics:
Business metrics relevant to achieving the essential accountabilities below
General responsibilities:
Support the execution of Group-wide/Business Unit-wide/regional/country/channel/product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
Support general Marketing activities: event, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, online marketing (google adwords, SEO, SEM..), telemarketing campaigns.
Create Product page content to promote on website.
Assist in meetings and material preparation to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers.
Conduct research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends
Provide basic analysis to research/feasibility studies/market scan to reinforce conclusions to market research
Support the execution of improvement initiatives to Business Development processes and ways of working to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management
Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development interactions
Leadership responsibilities:
Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team’s goals (where applicable)
Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Business Development and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals (where applicable)
Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Development and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Functional skills and knowledge:
Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
Have a good knowledge on Online/Digital Marketing : Google Adwords, SEO,SEM
Basic photoshop skills
Proven proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education:
Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing preferred
Other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area (e.g. engineering, chemical, machinery etc.) will be a plus
Work experience:
1 years' experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc.
