Specialist Human Resources (an outsource role) will provide support to the adidas HR team in operating daily administration and C&B tasks which are relating to employee database, payroll operations, insurance schemes, personal income tax, employment contract, employee benefits and other projects. This role will be the connection between adidas HR team and the outsourcing team on the assigned areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employment Management
• Support to maintain employee database and profile (hard copies) to ensure all data are up to date and correct
• Support to manage employment contract of employees and provide employment certificate for staff when needed.
• Coordinate with LOHR to provide labour contract when required.
Compensation and benefits
• Coordinate with adidas HR in payroll operations.
• In charge and play the role as contact person for all insurance issues relating to SI, HI, UI.
• Collect documents for tax issues relating to tax registration, dependents registration and any tax update. Working closely with adidas HR team to update any changes which reflect into payroll on time.
• Support the activities on staff benefits such as annual health check-up, staff benefit implementation...
• Responsible for updating new insured list to Generali weekly or when having any changes. Support the staff to claim health insurance/ accident insurance. Provide guidelines on using these programs.
HR Policies, procedures and Reports
• On-boarding: Collect employee data from new comers on the first day based on the first employment documents and process the next steps.
• Support adidas HR team on the relocation of foreign employee such as work permit, visa, bank account.
• Termination: Coordinate with adidas HR team to collect the information of resigned employee and process exit procedure.
• Be updated of the HR relevant Law from time to time to ensure the compliant application.
Others
• Support in procurement process when assigned specifically.
• Support HR projects when needed.
• Performs other duties when assigned by adidas HR team.

COMPENTECIES
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
• Technical Knowledge: BA degree, Basic knowledge of human resource
• Year of experience: At least two years of experience.
Skills:
• Interpersonal skill: high integrity, maintain confidentiality; remain open to other’s ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
• Good communication skill both in English and Vietnamese.
• Adaptability: adapts to change in the work environment, and being able to deal with frequent change, delay or unexpected events.
• Problem solving skill: identify and propose to supervisor the problem solution in a timely manner, gather and analyzes information skillfully, implement as guided to solve the problem effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Abilities:
• Dependability/Reliability: Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others, working on a team.
• Ability to reach agreement based on effective negotiation skill.
