Mô tả công việc
Event Management: - 50%
• Creating and managing our events' calendar.
• Coordinating logistical elements.
• Organizing marketing material.
• Engaging with vendors and arranging security.
• Ensuring RM/XP is adequately prepared for event.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and provide solutions to ongoing internal and external challenges.
Activity Generation – 20%
• Bring in events/sales activities for branch.
• Responsible for sales conversion ratio
Admin & Reporting: - 30%
• Post-event reporting.
• Prepare daily basic report from sales force
• In-charge payment for branch’s operation
• Support admin tasks assign by Branch Head

• Education: University graduates
• Language skills (verbal & written): Good for both Vietnamese and English
• PC skills: Proficient in basis office software application (Microsoft Office)
Special skills:
• Good communication, persuasion and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to complete evaluations, reporting and analysis
