Specialist, Distribution Administration & Support

- Timely & correctively provide varieties of statistics, calculations and updates, including but not limited to period/ad-hoc Reports, Compensation schemes, Incentive programs… to senior managements, distribution channels, other departments, partners…;
- Ensure correctness of distribution output data by coordinating with relevant departments (IT, OP…);
- Provide technical support and solution to Reporting & Compensation team and other members of DAS;
- Proactively join in implementation of distribution systems and projects;
- Follow up and actively handle sales-appealing cases;
- Play back-up role for other members in the Team and be ready for job rotation.

- Expert in MS Office, especially Excel, Access, and VBA programming;
- Good knowledge in data processing;
- Logical thinking & analytics skill;
- Good knowledge in project management.
- Clearly understand Division’s vision to provide specific recommendation and solution to achieve Division/Department Targets. Solid problem solving therefore required.
- University graduate, preferred Computer science, Business analysis, and/or Information technology;
- 3 year working experience, preferred Insurance industry, and/or Reporting & Business analysis sections, and/or management Information system;
- Experience in administration and/or client service and/or system and project implementation;
