Coordinate with IT to build up & maintain recruitment system
Standardize department reports
Provide recruitment reports & data analysis
Prepare dashboard, slides and reports for monthly meeting with Regional Head.
Monitor GTF manager’s performance and propose action accordingly.
Assess, monitor and control risks of data sharing.
Coordinate with related departments to implement & maintain Agency recruitment process.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations initiatives to enhance reports & system.
Coordinate with IT, Marketing to build up digital recruitment process.
Make ad-hoc report analysis per request or per project.
Proactively aware and report unethical or non-compliant practices and fake recruitment documents
Support and coordinate with other members to execute activities of Department.
Review and recommend improvements on related policies and procedures to provide excellent support and service.
Other assignments as business/ department requires.

EDUCATION / TRAINING
Bachelor or Equivalent
PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
Fluent in English (4 skills: writing, reading, speaking and listening)
COMPETENCIES
Accuracy, carefulness, trustworthy
Customer service skill
Good communication skills
Problem solving skill
Ability to work under high pressure.
Logical analysis skill is referable.
EXPERIENCE
At least 1-2 year experience in the insurance industry
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
Word, excel, power point, Access
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal: Trustworthy, sincere, commitment, teamwork.
External: Good ability to deal with sale force
