Mô tả công việc
- Manage Dealer/ Distributor’s Aftersales logistic Kpis such as Fill rate/ MOS etc.
- Manage all incoming orders form dealers/ distributor & internal request – EDI, web portal based or email
- Data analysis of Aftersales Logistic KPIs and implement actions to improve basic operation
- Periodical reporting related KPIs and implementing necessary actions to achieve the target
- Closely working with the shipping vendor & 3PL to ensure on time delivery of parts shipment
- Review the backorder status and take action on overdue backorder to ensure order completeness
- Ordering control and management to overseas and local vendors
- Negotiation and communication with Dealer principles and vendors
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated from related majors
- At least 5 years in logistics (import - export, procurement) with 3+ years at manager position
- Proven working experience in Automotive Parts/ Spare-Parts
- Strong experience & knowledge in Inventory Control, Order Management
- Knowledge: Distributor Management, Sales Model & Accounting Principle
- Good English communication in writing and verbal is a must
***SKILLS:
- Good literacy of MS Office – high skill on data analysis by using Ms.Excel
- Familiar with MRP, ERP & WMS
- Presentation Skill
- Customer service experience with superior phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance basec environment
