Spare Parts Inventory Staff

JOB PURPOSE:
- To provide support through Sales activities.
- To promote company values and enable business success through Sales activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out all Spare Parts (SP) operation activities: sales, purchasing, logistics, delivery and payment.
Job description is defined in details as below:
1. SALES
- Deploy sales promotion in areas: North, Center, Highland, Center Coast, Southeast, Mekong Delta, HCMC, OEMs and MMDs
- Receive customer SP inquiries and issue SP quotation
- Collect customers parts orders directly or from Sales person
- Follow up sales orders and update in time Back Order status
- Inventory checking and process order properly
- Follow up SP distribution included delivery, return and internal transfer
- Manage Customer Contract and Dealer Profiles
- Daily/Monthly reporting of SP consumption and needs
- Support other Departments where possible and other duties assigned by Sales Manager.

2. SALES ADMINISTRATION
- SP forecasting and inventory management
- Monthly work on SP inventory calculation and analysis
- Place Purchase Order to APC & HM and follow up shipments
- Take care of SP Import and Export activities
- SP pricing management
- Discount/Rebate Management
- Dept. Expense Management

Adtitude: Enthusiastic and dynamic, willing to travel
Qualification: University degree
English: Good English in writing, speaking
Computer: Good in Microsoft office, ERP experience is an advange
Experience: > 03 years
