Mô tả công việc
- Request the quote from suppliers and follow-up them as schedule.
- Work with suppliers in the effective way to gain the competitive price.
- Ensure the material prices, applicator prices are put into BOM/RQF file correctly & on time
- Ensure the supplier quotations are maintained & up to date. The quotation should be identified clearly &
retrievable as required of document control procedure.
- Ensure the vendors list is maintained & up to date.
- Ensure that all sourcing projects/requirements and sample projects/requirements from Quoting and Wire harness department to be timely, exactly and adequately defined, recorded and processed.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with team and relevant members (eg. Quoting, Wire harness, P&L ...etc,) to ensure all customer requirements (deadline, product specifications, etc.) are exactly understood and make them be fully met.
- Ensure that data of related operations are timely and exactly updated into quotation database (eg . matrix, supplier info).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing and sourcing related field
- Fluently in reading, writing and speaking English
- Trustworthy, accuracy, prudence, faithfulness.
- Good reporting skills.
- Ability of planning and monitoring.
- Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working

- Normal working hours are between 7.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday of every month for our training activity and others
- A thirteenth month of salary will be offered based on company achievement and paid before Tet Holidays as an annual bonus
