- To confer with vendors to obtain products or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
- To estimate values according to the knowledge of market price.
- Challenge internal client and combine all demand to maximize volume and achieve the best proposal from a supplier
- Challenge supplier for updated market and solution to bring benefit and optimize cost for the company
- Handle from sourcing to contracting with suppliers to achieve the targeted saving
- To prepare RFX for bidding requests.
- Maintain the relationship with internal and external clients
- To review bidding proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
- To discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine the source of trouble and take corrective action.
- To implement other
