In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability.
As a Sourcing Responsible your focus will be to source new suppliers, introduce H&M Group’s requirements to the new suppliers, and evaluate new and existing suppliers together with internal stakeholders.

As a Sourcing Responsible your focus will be to source new suppliers, introduce H&M Group’s requirements to the new suppliers, and evaluate new and existing suppliers together with internal stakeholders.

What will you do?
To keep your work fun and interesting, you will be performing a range of different activities which include:
• Research and source new suppliers
• Introduce H&M Group’s requirements to the new suppliers
• Conduct initial visits and coordinate factory visits for other departments in Production. Follow up on any actions required
• Pass price quotation query to the supplier
• Screen and evaluate the capability and capacity of new suppliers according to H&M’s requirements
Who will you work with?
In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in [LOCATION]. Reporting to Capacity Assurance Manager/Capacity Assurance Senior, you will interact regularly with our external suppliers and potential suppliers as well as your peers within Supply Chain both locally and across the Globe.

• You have good presentation and communication skills
