Mô tả công việc
– Manage day to day procurement activities, ensuring all procurement requirements from departments are made timely and accurately
– Liaising with Production Controller and Warehouse staff to make sure materials are always available for production
– Liaising with workshop staff to ensure buying of tool, equipment and spare part timely and accurately
– Liaising with Import/ Export officer to buy tool, equipment and material from abroad in way of safe and saving of cost and time.
– Ensure accuracy and timely procurement data within the information system (Visual system)
– Record full documents of all procurement orders
– Ensure payment documents for all procurement orders are compliance with Vietnamese Accounting law

Yêu cầu ứng viên
– University/ College degree of Technical
– Knowledge about CNC machining is a plus
– Minimum 2 years experiences in purchasing
– Having sourcing experience, experience of sourcing in CNC machining is preferable
– Good negotiation skill
– Fair English communication, writing and reading
– Male is preferable
