Sourcing Manager

We're expanding to Vietnam and are looking to hire a sourcing manager that will join our sourcing team. What sets Sourcify apart in this industry is that we’re transparent and fueled by software. The companies that work with us actually know what’s going on in a production run, understand their unit costs, and the factories that produce their products. We add transparency and visualization whereas other companies still use email/ excel to manager production runs and often upsell these products by 20-100+ percent. This will be a good opportunity for you if you want to disrupt the manufacturing and sourcing industry by enabling companies to visualize what’s going on in their supply chains while sourcing direct. Ideally, you are currently at a sourcing company or trading company and have a few years experience in Vietnam. You should be familiar with sourcing across multiple product categories. You aspire to be on the ground floor of a company that is growing by over 300% a year. As our sourcing manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Supply Chain Director and CEO to tighten our sourcing strategy, host meetings with factories, and grow our sourcing team.
