Sourcing Executive (Indirect Goods and Services)

• Conducts local/regional sourcing, including contracting and negotiations, when applicable for indirect goods and services to deliver savings vs targets
• Partner with site management to align with site goals and procurement goals, assures site needs are met, conducts regular meetings to assure alignment and to report progress and results of procurement initiatives and projects.
• Works with suppliers to resolve local supply issues, tracks vendor reliability & performance as well as product/material/service quality that get escalated from the site buyer (s)
• Identifies procurement savings opportunities and either executes where appropriate or escalates them to Category Manager
• Coordinate with Category Managers the required information to report the budget and forecast information to the Controllers
• Participate in special projects to support procurement and regional procurement process improvement goals (e.g., e-Procure platform; internal benchmarking for best practices across sites, etc).

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in the related field.
• Preferably with experience from Agricultural industry
