Sourcing Executive (Food, Fruit,...)

1. Mapping fruits flavour, colour and additive suppliers/vendors
2. To report weekly in written to Manager or GD
3. Work with related department for the scope of work and call vendors to survey
4. Get and Create of goods specifications, request for quotes
5. Compare and recommend supplier/ vendor quotes / Cost analysis
6. Finding alternative suppliers to cut cost
7. Independent execution of all sourcing operations taking into account price developments, delivery time, logistic and quality and CSR aspects
8. Lead negotiations and secure advantageous commercial agreements
9. Participating in supplier audits and getting new suppliers approved
10. Oversee supplier order till delivery / completion
11. Hand over to procurement for buying from contracts
12. Develop technical, statistical and fundamental assessments for each raw material
13. Market Research (industry trends & benchmarking and toolmaker mapping)
14. Other adhoc jobs when required

1. Bachelor degree in Business/Supply chain management/ Logistic
2. Sourcing experience at least 3 years. Experience in Fruit sourcing will be a plus.
3. Have ability in negotiation and sustain networking relationships
4. Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
5. Experience in strategic purchasing as well as experience in negotiation and contract design.
6. Good at Microsoft office/ Excel/ Power Point. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Good Working English
8. Ability to work in multitasking between several projects at a time.
