Sourcing & New Product Development Manager

1. Take overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved
2. Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
3. Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning
4. Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities
5. Maintain and develop supplier relationships
6. Develop and implement supplier management program
7. Lead department to develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely
8. Other jobs as company assignment

Specification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Related Fields
Working Place: Ho Chi Minh City and able to go abroad and up-country
Qualification:
1. At least 5 years of working experience on sourcing & new product development or related fields
2. Strategic think of sourcing & new product development and overlook for future trend
3. Strong preference for some international sourcing experience
4. Good negotiation skill and excellent in partnership management
5. Good design thinking to set up sourcing & new product development system
6. Well know of law and regulation in sourcing & new product development in Vietnam
7. Entrepreneurial spirit with customer oriented mind and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
8. Eager to learn and initiate dynamic platform according to change in customer behavior and market landscape
9. Hard working with strong leadership and can work under pressure
10. Good command of both speaking and writing English
11. Excellent presentation, communication and computing skills
