Key Responsibilities:
Towards Suppliers:
• Overall responsible for all payments to both trade and non-trade suppliers.
• Always suggest and drive changes (either via automation or process simplicity) for better process efficiency
• Review and assess supplier creditability, take steps to safeguard and minimize company credit risk
• Make sure business requirements in contractual agreement/ purchase orders were properly delivered by suppliers before payment is processed
• Ensure payments are made a) to right recipients, b) timely on due date, c) after all suppliers’ obligations
• Identify key controls for source to pay process and make sure they are executed/ followed property by team members.
• Ensure all input VAT and taxes related to purchases are correctly and timely recorded.

Competencies
• Good people leadership
• English proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Open to changes and willing to drive changes when needed
• Ability to effectively make decisions with limited time and information
• Achieve results through influence, persuasion, collaboration and relationship building
• Knowledge of SAP and other similar ERP system is preferred
Experience and other requirements
• Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area
• Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferred
• Financial Accounting experience preferred
• Experience to lead a team
• Big 4 audit background preferable
• Good people leadership
