Mô tả công việc
• Maintain Sony Center online plat form.
• Maintain SKU, price, promotion information at online web.
• Establish Sony Store online plat form.
• Lead plat form transition from Sony Center online to Sony Store (direct channel) online.
• Analyze online sales performance and make monthly report.
• Consider necessary improvement action and run PDCA.
• Manage database of online customer and relation.
• Reply and update information to customer’s inquiry.
• Maintain SKU, price, promotion information at online web.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduation with bachelor degree of Business Administration or Commercial or relevant
• Required minimum 1 year working experience of online operation management. Preferable to have experience in E-Commerce background.
• English: Advanced (Able to communicate in business level)
• Advance knowledge of E-Commerce and online operation.
• Business level of Microsoft Power Point and Excel. (Mandatory)
• Basic skill of Photoshop (Preferable)
• Good communication skills to coordinate project with related parties.
• Project management skills to handle middle-long term project.
• Be able to work independently.
• Well understand of discipline, transparency and ensure compliance.
• Required minimum 1 year working experience of online operation management. Preferable to have experience in E-Commerce background.
