We are looking for the cloud team members for the Global long-term project Softline runs with Microsoft to develop Azure platform and cloud sales.
This role requires an individual who is results-oriented, proactive, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skills in solution sales. Strong leadership skills, strategic planning, excellent communication, virtual-team engagement, time management, pursuit planning, negotiation skills and presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients who are evaluating competitive solutions to demonstrate the benefit and value of Softline’s solutions.
• Make proposals and advise clients on the technology of Microsoft solutions in order to progress and to close the deal
• Ability to articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors - e.g. latency, storage, startup/shutdown, etc.
• Understand the security approaches and client concerns around a cloud architecture and cloud based services
• Drive cloud business sales together with account managers of the region;
• Achieve sales quota;
• Identify new opportunities for cloud business;
• Carry out high-level meetings with CxO’s presenting the cutting-edge cloud technologies and winning the customer;
• Work together with local marketing team to launch lead-generation campaigns online and offline;
• Speak on public events and webinars;
• Facilitate usage of Softline HQ deployment resources for implementation of cloud products;
• Oversee the implementation of Cloud products, be able to identify and mitigate possible risks with remote project crew in Softline HQ;
• Provide feedback and reporting to HQ;

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors/masters degree in technical sciences;
• Knowledge of project management basics;
• Project management and/or information systems deployment experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products;
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models is a plus;
• Good command of English: communication & writing.
• Understanding of Office 365 and Azure, Windows Server and associated technologies (Virtualization, Security, Data Center, Management etc) and / or similar offerings.
• Microsoft technical certifications for communication products (Exhchange, Lync, SPS) is a plus;
• Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills
