Solution Development Manager

1. Coordinate internal resources (including: sales, solution, service) and manage resources to meet performance objectives and requirements
2. Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
3. Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives
4. Develop long-term strategic relationships with business stakeholders, work with business stakeholders to extend reach & drive adoption
5. Lead solution development efforts that best addresses customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of business stakeholders

1. Specification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or Related Fields
2. At least 5 years of working experience on project in Construction Management or related fields
3. Excellent in construction and engineering for various kind of big construction projects and able to provide a consult in construction solutions and new technology of materials and applications
4. Experience and knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modeling) will be an advantage
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with customer oriented mind and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
6. Relationship management skills with both internals & externals
7. Hard working with strong leadership and can work under pressure
8. Good computer knowledge skills, especially in Microsoft Office
9. Good command of both speaking and writing English
10. Good presentation and coaching skills
