Software Project Manager

- Ensure that all requirements, project plans and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members affected and identifying and resolving project risks and issues.
- Create and amend project plan and schedules as per commitment to the client and in coordination with the Development team.
- Measure and monitor the progress of deliverable to ensure on time delivery, and meeting or exceeding expectations and objectives.
- Track, communicate and escape risks and issues that may impact project success.

- At least 3-5 years experience as Project Manager;
- Excellent project management skills in estimating, planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management and communications management;
- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead characters,
- Assign tasks to resources efficiently;
- Good leadership and teamwork skills;
- Very good in English;
- Have experience working with customer using CMMi level 3;
- Have ability to negotiate with customer;
- Experienced with Agile methodologies;
- Strong control with Jira and Jira report;
