Software Project Manager

Project Management:
- Attend client meetings and finalize project requirements
- Be in charge of the drafting and issuance of project proposals and preliminary schedules
- Coordinate with other functional teams to implement and oversee project plans and schedules accordingly
- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project documents are obtained
- Work with the teams to ensure project success within timeline and scope
- Identify and communicate any risk associated with tasks and the overall project plan and suggest alternative solutions to minimize risks
Team Coordination:
- Drive team members to achieve release goals
- Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
- Keep Managers be updated on the current status of projects
- Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related fields;
- 4+ years experience supporting, implementation in software, solution projects;
- Have knowledge in Software development with OS: Win XP, Window servers, Win7;
- Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite;
- Understanding of application life cycle management;
- Have technical acumen and experience with Agile, SDLC and SW release process;
- Effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Intermediate English in speaking and writing;
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
