Mô tả công việc
• Tailor project management, development and support processes to meet the needs of individual (new and/or ongoing) projects.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with other business functions.
• Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks and help drive key decisions across projects.
• Make recommendations to project sponsors about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.
• Provide ongoing project plan/status reporting to project sponsors.
• Provide input into strategic planning and product creation processes.
• Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.
• Coach and train project team members on Software Development processes and best practices.
• Defines project scope, create project plans and maintain project objectives
• Organizes and leads project status and working meetings
• Prepares and distributes progress reports
• Manages and resolves project risks and issues

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or any fields closely related to IT
• Have a minimum 5 years working in the IT industry, particularly in the implementation of software development projects.
• Have a minimum 3 years’ experience managing the implementation and support of software projects.
• Experience managing 2-3 software development projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly scrum.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability•
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments
• Manages resources to make sure schedules are on track, removing roadblocks to their work
• Leverages organizational resources to help achieve project success
• Mentors and develops team members
• Supports and manages customer/stakeholder/sponsor expectation for project deliverables
• Manages stakeholder communications
• Promotes empowerment of the teams
• Ensures each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution
• Have a minimum 5 years working in the IT industry, particularly in the implementation of software development projects.
• Have a minimum 3 years’ experience managing the implementation and support of software projects.
