Software PQA (Process Quality Assurance)

We are looking for a bright candidate to shine in the position of a PQA for our big team of Software Development. He/she will be responsible for the followings:
- Propose/ produce an optimal SW development process in accordance with each project’s requirements.
- Review and monitor the processes, provide documents, forms and instructions to ensure the quality of products for all parts of the product;
- Check and audit the execution of the process so that all steps are performed as defined procedure and all projects run at planned progress;
- Check and audit the quality of Requirement Specification documents, Design products, Test cases throughout the project life.
- Conduct final inspection on final deliverables prepared by team before delivering to clients.
- Conduct data measurements and analysis to evaluate products’ quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in Process Quality Assurance.
- 1+ years of experience in test design & test analytics.
- Experienced with QA processes: CMMi, Agile-Scrum, …
- Effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good command of oral and written English;
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and work on several projects in parallel.
