- Provide development expertise to the team, ensure the development needs are balanced with other competing priorities
- Work with the team to evaluate, identify and estimate the best technical solutions for our clients. Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with initial design.
- Support the improvement of our development processes and tools to optimize delivery of technical projects
- Work closely with Project Managers to develop detailed specification documents, with clear project deliverables and timelines, to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development of complex systems.
- Experience working with SaaS systems, microservices architecture & large scale environments. In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
- Strong understanding of multiple systems, servers, and environments; Integration of multiple data sources and databases.
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
- Strong Leadership skills; ability to inspire, motivate, train and manage the team to meet high expectation goals. Solid experience leading a team in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Proven Team management skills
- Excellent English verbal and written
