- Provide operational support from Software perspective and in-house development capability. / Hỗ trợ việc vận hành hệ thống phần mềm và các yêu cầu phát triển ứng dụng đáp ứng yêu cầu nội bộ của Công ty.
- Trouble any problem araisen from system / Điều tra/Kiểm tra những lỗi phát sinh đối với hệ thống phần mềm
- Analysis of requirements & implementation of enhancements and change requests/issues / Phân tích yêu cầu/cài đặt cho các yêu cầu nâng cấp/thay đổi/lỗi phần mềm
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the ystem is working properly / Phối hợp với các phòng ban để bảo đảm hệ thống phần mềm hoạt động chính xác.
SCOPE (the way that the position contributes to and impacts on the organization)
- Understand how the system work and provide operational support as well as troubleshooting. / Hiểu rõ cách thức hoạt động của hệ thống phần mềm và hỗ trợ việc vận hành hệ thống cũng như điều tra/tìm hiểu các lỗi phát sinh và có giải pháp phù hợp.
- Develop necessary utitlies to support system operation. / Phát triển/Cung cấp các cung cụ cần thiết để hỗ trợ việc vận hành hệ thống.
- Develop internal applications identified by various departments. / Phát triển các ứng dụng để đáp ứng yêu cầu từ các phòng ban trong công ty cho các mục đích khác nhau.
- Analysis of requirements & implementation of enhancements and change requests/issues / Phân tích yêu cầu đối với những yêu cầu mới hoặc các thay đổi/lỗi của đối với hệ thống phần mềm
- Provide technical assistance as well as directly to customers as needed. Also assist in troubleshooting issues, problem solving from other department that related to software. / Hỗ trợ các phòng ban và khách hàng (Đại lý, Điểm bán hàng) liên quan đến các vấn đề kỹ thuật của hệ thống phần mềm
- Manage and maintain test/dev room, simulate test environment as production / Quản lí và duy trì hoạt động của môi trường Phát triển/Kiểm thử để hỗ trợ các hoạt động liên quan đến môi trường vận hành chính.
- Develop/Enhance utilities to support system operation if required. / Phát triển/Cải tiến các công cụ hỗ trợ việc vận hành hệ thống nếu được yêu cầu hoặc thấy cần thiết.
- Develop various applications to support internal requirement from various departments. / Phát triển các loại ứng dụng khác cho mục đích sử dụng nội bộ trong Công ty đến từ các phòng ban khác nhau.
- Perform software installation where required / Tiến hành cài đặt hệ thống phần mềm khi có yêu cầu.

Experience

- Have experience in Web Application development and Banking integration / Có kinh nghiệm về phát triển ứng dụng web và các ứng dụng tích hợp với ngân hàng.
- Having data analytics experience is a plus. / Ưu tiên biết về phân tích dữ liệu.
- Having NoSQL is a plus. / Ưu tiên biết về NoSQL.

Qualification

And most recently to dominate over the lottery business. In early 2016, Berjaya Corp (BCorp) in general, Berjaya Gia Thinh (BGT) in detail, again enrolled in the Vietnamese market after a fierce competition with five competitors, to receive exclusive contract computerized lottery business in Vietnam in the whole nationwide, with a total project value of over $ 210 million. In the area of lotteries, Berjaya also has activities for nearly 30 years with the branch manager of Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad's (BToto). BToto currently the most developed in the Philippines, has subsidiaries in the UK and US. BCorp hope the project will be started operation in July 2016. Products of the project will include bingo games, lottery games and draw quickly. These games are distributed through various channels, such as players, landline, mobile and internet. Berjaya Gia Thinh is expected to start the first game - Lotto jackpot in the middle of this year, which would be followed by the word games. The launch will take place first in the city of Ho Chi Minh and gradually implemented on a national presence in the next 5 years, with about 10,000 players.
