Mô tả công việc
• Job Summary
o Responsible for business solution development lifecycle i.e. system design, development and integration, QA/testing and timely delivery of quality business solution
o Responsible for development of operational and management reporting solutions across various business domains
o Prepare and conduct detailed QA/testing based on functional / technical specifications for UAT and service delivery
o Frequent validation on delivered business solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
o Provide level 3 application support, training and maintenance of business applications for both our internal and external clients
o Prepare detailed application functional / technical specifications documentation
o Prepare user manual for training and deployment of the business application
o Participate in other key IT initiatives as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Job Requirement
o Years of experience: at least 2 years
o Bachelor degree in IS/IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
o Experienced in capturing business requirements and translating them into technical specification
o Experienced in SDLC and development methodologies i.e. waterfall and agile
o Experienced in enterprise application development on Microsoft platform (.NET, ASP.NET)
o Hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and QlikView
o Exposure to modern UI/UX design and development (in both web and mobile)
o Exposure to solution development leveraging on industry revolution 4.0, IoT, RPA, AI/ML, NLP, etc.
o Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and application, mobile applications, BI/analytics
o Experienced in business process management and automation
o A team player and willing to work overtime and on tight deadline
o Self-committed, passionate, driven-to-success, responsible, dynamic and responsible person
o Excellent written and verbal English communication and inter-personal skills
o Exposure to ERP and ERP solution integration in business services industry
