Mô tả công việc
• Work in different projects to write complex software programs from design specifications (e.g. HR Business Intelligence System) or under the direction of the Board of Directors and IT Manager
• Plan, organize and coordinate maintenance, development and operation of systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Being involved in the development of applications, e.g. ERP and web systems, which are mainly based on Microsoft .NET framework, SQL Server technology or similar
• Act as liaison with the IT Department and other departments to ensure developed system integrity is maintained throughout the company
• Conducts system audits and studies to monitor compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations
• Work closely with other IT Software Developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Create reports and technical documentation on programming project specifications, system architecture, designs, activities, or status
• Provide comprehensive technical & analytical support to users
• Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Group Board of Directors, Local Board of Directors and IT Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University/College Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering
• At least two years of project management experience in systems implementation with .NET, WCF, WEB API, Entity Framework
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in writing documentation and procedures, analysis of work flow/information processing and analysis of procedures to fit systems to user needs
• Able to learn new technologies
• Able to multitask and lead multiple assignments in a fast paced environment
• Very good analytical problem solving and organizational skills
• Good background about programming languages, like C#, C/C++, .NET version 4 or above, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, REST, HTML/CSS, XML, MVC, MVVM, Bootstraps, SQL server (2008 R2 and 2016/2017), and other open source
• Able to work independently and in a team
