• Main point of contact for day-to-day operations, requests, issues and escalations between VN Team and US stakeholders/clients for assigned projects.
• Collaborate across departments and teams in all software development phases to ensure all parties are aligned with the requirements of the project.
• Engage and discuss on requirements gathering and analyzing with US stakeholders/clients.
• Develop user stories, requirements specifications and other necessary documentations.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business requirements are met.
• Apply strong business analysis skills and user centric mindset to bring out a user-friendly and value-maximized product.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information System
• Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
• Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Waterfall)
Experience:
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Good skill and expertise in requirements discovery
• Advanced skill in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams
• Experience in influencing and collaborating with developers, testers, project managers and UX/UI designers
• Experience in owning product and working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day to day activities
• Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
• Experience with financial technology is a plus
• Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and technical details with common technologies (SQL, ASP.NET, MVC,...) is a plus
