Software Business Analyst

We are seeking business analyst for e-commerce projects. Business analyst should be fluent in English (both writing and speaking) and have effective communication to communicate with clients and project teams effectively. He has ability to design, delivery and support teams to develop work-plans and milestone plans. Besides, he has ability to delivery project on time, excellent quality and in budget.

Responsibilities:
- Gather business and system requirements from client.
- Assist client to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions.
- Communicate with customers to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements.
- Analyze and specify requirements, synthesize information provided by relevant stakeholders.
- Quickly absorb and understand domain knowledge
- Assess the feasibility of the request when given a set of constraints
- Take main BA role in big/complex projects
- Actively work with Developers and project team
- Willing to study new things and improve knowledge

Your Skills and Experience
- Experience working on web projects
- At least one year of experience working as Software Business Analyst.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including development of business and technical requirements and delivering presentations to peer groups, and associates.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Excellent English communications skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing). Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management.
- Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Understanding basic e-commerce concepts is a big plus
- Only recruit Vietnamese staff.
