Conselling & information providing
- Explain and consult patients and customers about social security services at FV
- Response to queries about social security benefits and social security procedures, required documents
- Provide and explain to patient about social security coverage
- Support patients to get a hospital transferring certificate from patient’s treatment facility by directly working with these facility or by asking support from Ho Chi Minh Social Security
- Follow-up with patients to support for pending cases until patients obtain the Hospital transferring certificate
Performing Social security services
- Check and ensured accurate and qualified social security documents and related medical documents before applying direct-billing services for patient having social security
- Follow-up with respective people for completing document and charging that relevant to social security benefits applied to patients
- Calculate and confirm social security coverage
- Complete the social security forms with patient’s signature
- Collaborate with medical secretary to check the medical information completing in social security recording file with and social security coverage forms
- Regularly update social security news, document and notice to related management
- Directly discuss with Social Security people for instruction and advice if there is any query
Reporting and Others
- Monthly do social security report
- Prepare all required document for monthly or quarterly audit from Social Security Authority
- Send the standard reports to accountant of HCM Social Security
- Other patient finance tasks assigned by line manager.

1. Qualification: University graduation
2. Experience: Have at least 3 years working experience
3. Skills and knowledge:
- Good in calculation and excel
- Negotiation, communication skill, Customer Services skill
- Quick, strong, well-organized
- Can work under pressure
4. Foreign language(s): Fluent English
