Mô tả công việc
• Support the creation, implementation and optimization of social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, LinkedIn and other new up-and-coming channels.
• Participate in development of Company Awareness and Online reputation, also designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and apps.
• Work closely with branding, creative, online marketing and commercial teams to develop and implement social media content, social listening and brand protection.
• Deliver excellent execution of content and customer engagement across social media channels.
• Measure the effectiveness of existing channels – developing the channel framework, reflecting latest trends and technologies to ensure we’re best in class.
• Use social listening tools to look for comments about our corporate campaigns - look for latest trends and spotting opportunities in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies.
• Lead the reporting on social media channel performance - generating succinct and actionable insight reports and communicate campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
• Share and present data insights internally to influence and guide our editorial and creative/campaign response.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or in a digital advertising agency.
• Highly skilled in online and social media communications.
• Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
• Creative mind with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
• Ability to work autonomously and on multiple projects. Results driven with an eye for details.
• Highly articulate with an excellent command of written Vietnamese.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly skilled in online and social media communications.
