ROLE PURPOSE:
The Social Media Marketing Executive position she be responsible for managing social channels (Facebook, instagram, youtube). Maintence of fanpage and website contecnt, directly run frequent advertisement tools (including Admicro/GDN, SEM, youtube & Facebook).
This position works under the guidance and supervision of the Marketing Manager to ensure effective & efficient of Social Performance and Ads Budget periodically.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: Marketing Manager
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :
SOCIAL MEDIA (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo, etc.) (70%)
- Develop and manage all social marketing tools and activities (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Facebook group, etc)
- Create social media strategy to leverage Dosiin Community
- Create content and maintain activity to keep responsiveness of channels
- Response to fans reaction to drive engagement and sales
Advertisement management (30%)
- Plan and execute ads on social
- Create ads plan upon and promotion campaign and marketing plan
The job duties and responsibilities as set out above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties within reasonableness of their level of skills and experience, including adjustment on job description.

• At least 3 year experience in Social Media Marketing or related position
• Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience on social management, running ads and content development
• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and develop call-to-actions
• Love Fashion

• Flexibility and a sense of humour – ability to work, live and thrive in challenging circumstances;
• Have a very high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness;
• Be both self-confident and humble;
• Experience of commitment to build that capacity;
• Thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.
