Social Media Executive

/ SUMMARY /
The Social Media Executive will lead the strategy and execution on social media and digital content effort aimed at building brand awareness and product education catered to our client’s target audience. The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to write engaging content for social media and onsite pages with scrupulous attention to detail being critical. We are looking for someone who is creative, team oriented, customer focused and will have the ability to organize, set priorities, and manage several projects at once, with minimal supervision. Candidates need in-depth knowledge and experience managing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Experience in managing LinkedIn is a plus.
Must be fluent with metric tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter, and have a working understanding of SEO best practices and principles.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES /
OVERALL
• Own all social strategies and collaborate with all stakeholders across the clients’ organization and internally to craft compelling content to drive product awareness/adoption and community engagement
• Develop and publish engaging content to build brand and product awareness to our clients’ social media communities.
• Must be able to develop and design relevant content as well as work with the design team on the graphic design and visuals to support overall digital strategy.
• Develop processes for the effective and efficient assignment, collection, and publishing of digital content from internal collaborators (editorial type role). Ensure consistent “voice" of all online content.
• Ensure all social media platforms for assigned clients are updated and maintained consistently.
• Implement Social Listening program and develop supporting analysis/ reporting.
• Develop campaigns to acquire new followers across our clients’ social media platforms.
• Attend special company events and publish content to share with our followers.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor activity in the social and digital space to adapt and modify short- and long-term programs as needed in alignment with company objectives.
• Ability to utilize editorial background with marketing experience to create, improve and optimize digital and social content

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media or content management at an agency or within an organization
• Need a solid understanding of the social & digital landscape
• Ability to think strategically
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business manager tools
• Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
• High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal who understands the interaction between strategy, content and audience engagement
• Demonstrate proficiency in proofreading and editing materials
• Ability to craft ideas and thoughts into any medium
• Experience running successful social campaigns on both small and large scales
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar required

/ OTHER TERMS /
Working Time: Total working hours is not less than 42.5 hours per week and daily working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.

Working Place: Company Office located at 11bis Nguyen Gia Thieu Street, 7th Floor, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
