We are looking for a Social Media Marketing and Engagement Executive, who is well versed on how to connect, advertise and recruit research panelists via social Media in a cost effective manor, who loves technology and is a native on many social media platforms
The purpose of the role:
• Work directly with the Operations department to manage, maintain and Grow IFM panel.
• Help Program and maintain our Back-end operations System.
• Drive recruitment and engagement of members utilizing Social media engagement expertise, gaming, ads, etc.
Social Media:
• Experience using an online survey platforms, social media such as YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook, Zalo, Messengers, etc
• Experience in building on-line communities and engagement
Project Management:
• Sending out SMS/ email for project fieldwork
• Landing pages management
Panel Customer Care
• Program and develop IFM panel Back up system
• Updating ifmresearch.com and ifmpanel.com
• Manage the Panel pages (FB/ ZALO/ Viber)
• Answering questions from panelists via FB or email
English skills on communicative level a plus

• Fresh University Graduate from IT / Tech related field
• Or 1-3 years’ experience in related social community recruitment field
• Or 1-3 years’ experience in related social community recruitment field
