Mô tả công việc
• Overall Social Media Management
- Support social media manager in exploring new initiatives for digital media (Not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Zalo and YouTube)
- Content development and management on AirAsia Vietnam Facebook, Youtube and other platforms
- Involve in product development initiation and testing.
- Work hand in hand with Marketing team to populate engaging content on AirAsia Vietnam Facebook
- Social campaign planning and execution to meet assigned KPIs
- Prepare social media report
• Online Community Management
- Community engagement with fans of AirAsia on Facebook
- Work hand in hand with Customer Experience team in assisting fans/customer on customer service related issues.
- To continuously monitor AirAsia Vietnam’s social channels on daily basis for customer complaint/feedback
- Relate the necessary queries/feedback to respective stakeholders
• Live Update and Crisis Management
- Continuous effort to assist various stakeholders in TAA on event coverage.
- This includes shooting of Video ID/interview Photo album update on Facebook, Live Tweeting during launches, reviews on blog etc
- In time of crisis, ensure that all communication is publish on time and conversations are highlighted for respective stakeholders reference.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or any related field
• min. 2 years working experiences in social media, content, copywriter, digital marketing or related field
• High responsibility, Flexible, Fast learning, Teamwork, Positive thinking, can work under pressure and hard
working
• Possess analysis and logical thinking
• Proactive, Good leadership, Good problem solving and high responsibility
• Can travel overseas often during weekday & weekend
• Work hard and proactive
• Be Flexible
• Eager to learn new thing
• Good command of spoken & written in English and Strong communication skills
