Social Content Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Technically, we are looking for a leader for social content team, yet usually we refer to the position as an extraordinary story teller. If your passion lays on understanding the social community, triggering them with the brands stories; your ambition is to lead an extremely aggressive social strategy to disrupt the way of Vietnamese consuming sport contents now and in the future, you might be that special one.
Through knowledge and passion of the social media landscape, you will work with Marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to support brand engagement and business growth


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Content strategy
- Manage social media aggregation platforms for XLE sport platforms
- Build master content strategy for all platforms, then deploy weekly, monthly & campaign-wise editorial & social content plan.
- Able to provide directional content brief and feedback to content writers/creators internally and externally
2/ Platform management:
- Monitor, curate, respond to, and report on consumer conversations and engagement. Monitor comments and complaints in a timely manner with the ability to identify trends, influencers, as well as spot warning signs/potential crises and escalating when appropriate.
- Identify and develop opportunities and PR/influencer connections on a regular basis – (blogger, KOL, press and other.)
3/ Insight/reporting:
- Able to fact-based assess the ROI of social content. Drive growth and increase engagement numbers.
- Have a broad understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen Social Media management activity and social content development
- Regularly review industry and comparators to benchmark social activity and broaden understanding of social landscape

WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or diploma holder in related field
• At least 2 years of proven working experience in Marketing (PR, Social.../), prefer candidate from PR/Communications agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written);
• Being a sport enthusiast is not mandatory but a plus point
• Patient, solution – oriented and teamwork spirit;
• Able to work a flexible schedule to ensure efficient work completion when necessary.
