Social Content Production:

1. Social content production:
1.1 Create social posts (photo, memes, quotes, videos, infographic etc.) and scheduling posts to promote for our articles on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and more!)
1.2 Find ways to continuously improve user engagement through content.
1.3 Liaise with a fellow content writer, campaign manager and branded content manager in order to maintain consistency in the Tickled Media branding.
1.4 Create newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.

2. Branded campaign content production:
2.1 Create social content for clients including social media activities, managing TAPfluencers and any other branded content.
2.2 Create content to collaborate with other social communities to contribute to the success of the performance of campaigns.
2.3 Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers to meet clients’ requirements.

3. App content production:
3.1 Q&A
3.1.1 Create questions daily to drive engagement.
3.1.2 Edit existing questions and answers, ensuring they have proper headlines and are worded appropriately for SEO
3.1.3 Localize high-engagement questions from other countries into Vietnamese
3.2 Poll
3.2.1 Create polls daily to drive interaction on the app
3.2.2 Select old polls each day and coordinate with team leads to include in articles
3.2.3 Localize high-voting polls from other countries into Vietnamese
3.3 Photo
3.3.1 Post high engagement photos to drive interaction on the app
3.3.2 Remake high-engagement photos from other countries for the Vietnam market.
3.3.3 New feature translation
3.3.4 Translate new features for an app from English into Vietnamese
3.4 Bug report
3.4.1 Daily check and detect bug on an app to report to the product team

4. Community support:
4.1 Interact with users on communities handled by the company on Facebook and app
4.2 Create materials for an online event to drive engagement to the Asianparent’s social media platform.
4.3 Provide information about the Asianparent new features and information to users.

5. Performance Report & Analysis:
5.1 Conduct weekly community and app report on traffic, users, followers, fans, interaction, DAU, MAU
5.2 Submit performance report on social and app platforms required by Social and App Manager, Head of Content and Country Manager (once required)
5.3 Attend weekly stand up and report on community and app performance
5.4 Report to Social and App Manager and Head of Content on content progress via weekly PPFG and monthly traffic analysis

• 2-3 years of experiences in social media
• Fluent in English (especially reading and translating skill)
• Ability to create high-engagement content on social media
• Basic usage of Photoshop, Canva or related software, platform to create a basic image for social media and app
• Ability to create a slideshow video, using In video or related online video making tool
• Ability to edit video basically, such as adding logo or split, merge video, by using online video tool or any video editing software
• Fluently use insight on the Facebook fan page to report and analyze data
• Data-driven attitude: analyze the performance and create an improvement plan based on data
• Be willing to work in startup culture: deadline, pressure, anytime available, supportive spirit, high enthusiasm
