Social Compliance / Auditor for Garment Factory (Experience in Merchandiser Is Preferred)

• Setting quality standards for the factory following buyers requirement’s
• Established SOPs for production and preparatory processes
• Instruct factory how to sew or increase productivity
• Checking samples, and do pre-production meeting.
• Conduct inline inspection and end line inspection at sewing stage
• Manage QC team and arrange QA/QC job by production planning
• Supervise and control employees performance.
• Control and monitors all aspects of quality.
• Analyze quality of goods if acceptable to buyer’s requirement.
• Has ability to check and adjust the paper pattern in case there is problem.
• In charged to make sure that all goods is properly loaded in the container.

• At least with 10 years experience on woven production(1-3 layers jacket)
• Can speak and write both English and Vietnamese well
• Good communication skill
• Work hard and accept business trip
• Experience as team leader ( 10 people or more)
• Filipino will be priority

- 5 days working / week
- 12days annual leaving
- Social insurance follow Law
