• Respond consumer enquirers on social fan pages, E-commerce, live chat
• Assist in social listening and report
• Handling and monitor complaint on social
• Data analysis and report (power point & excel)
• Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Have experience in response consumers on social channel and/or E-commerce / Live chat
• Good in Vietnamese & English and writing skill (student of consumer service/ communication/language/literature faculty or related fields is preferred)
• Friendly, hard working, patient and self-controlled
• Microsoft office skill ( word, excel, power point)
• Willing to work with flexible time
