Mô tả công việc
- Conduct social compliance audits of factories worldwide to assess compliance with local labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and/or the client’s supplier code of conduct.
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports in English for each audit conducted in an accurate, detailed and timely manner
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism and skill when conducting social compliance audits around the world
- Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit and maintain all audit findings confidentially
- Be prepared to travel and plan trips with short notice according to company policy and requirements

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated University with environment major.
- English is a must
- Previous social compliance auditing experience, or environmental health and safety assessment or previous work experience in public speaking and/or managing conflict
- Interest in international labor standards, human rights & environmental issues.
- Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable
