SMT Process Engineer - VSIP 2, Binh Duong

1. Define and maintain an efficient SMT manufacturing processes
2. Design and optimize product’s SMT manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability
3. Lead to machine downtime minimization
4. Equipment’s setup, Understanding deeply process and maintenance Reflow oven, Wave soldering,Coating machine, Forming machine & the other equipment relate to SMT Printer, Pick & Place, AOI.
5. Equipment capability study and evaluation
6. Optimize Production line layout & improve through VSM & Kanban, Lean process to optimize waste (reduce WIP, reduce moving time…)
7. Design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products
8. Generate and maintain relevant SMT document to meet production requirement
9. Focus on First Pass Yield, Process downtime, Line improvement, Kaizen, Best Practice, PFMEA, Quality standard of product (IPC)
10. Design flow chart & process for new model & working instruction
11. Manage cycle time & do line balancing, design work station follow ergonomics

1. Bachelor Degree of Science in an Engineering discipline (Electronics, Automation Electronics, Mechatronics)
2. Minimum 1-year working experience in SMT area.
3. Know well about SMT machine such as Solder Printing, Solder Reflow, Wave Solder. SMT component placement, forming.
4. English: Good
5. Computer : Good
6. Analysis skill, Decision making, Solving problem, ability to work under pressure, good communication
