1. Programming and optimizing experience of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Machines (Yamaha)
2. Line set up, adjustment and line balancing for whole SMT lines while new product introdution, to mass production and model change over
3. Provide Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Screen printer, SPI, Pick & Place(SMT), Reflow oven and Auto optical Inspection (AOI)
4. Record and evaluate Parameters of Screen Printer, Solder paste Inspection (SPI), Reflow soldering and AOI to comply within specification
5. Reflow oven Profile setting and troubleshooting experience
6. New Product Development and Feedback for DFM
7. Process control & Monitoring yield levels of Quality
8. Stencil Designing knowledge & Qualification
9. Training and Track performance of technicians
10. Plan and implement continuous improvement activities to improve product quality & Productivity
11. Find corrective action, preventive action based on Root cause analysis of Quality Complaints
12. Scrap reduction of PCBA & component
13. Indirect materials (Consumables) cost reduction
14. Maintain the SMT machine accuracy CPK >1.33
15. Spare parts management and control
16. Execute and follow up Engineering Change Note (ECN) and Deviation Note (DN)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. A Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering with a minimum of 1-year relevant experience
2. Have the knowledge of TS16949, ISO9000 and SPC
3. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
4. Have the certification/ Experience by Yamaha YSM (SMT) is the priority
5. Experience in Microsoft (MS) office (PPT, Excel & Word)
6. Fluent in English [Spoken, Written and Read]
7. Experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industries
