Seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to grow our business in Smart City Solutions and Services Vietnam. Individual must have experience with marketing to governmental agencies, developing relationships and providing specific solutions predominantly in the field of Smart City Solutions. Prior experience in this field is desirable but not a prerequisite. The position is to be based in Hanoi but be willing to travel within Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities working with team members
- Submit proposals and bids as required
- Win contracts and address all aspects of procurement and delivery
- Develop and meet sales targets
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA with a degree in a relevant technical field
- 8+ years sales and marketing experience
- Direct work experience in dealing with IT Solutions and Government Procurements
- Strong Documentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
