Mô tả công việc
• Responsible leading all Lean Six Sigma activities in manufacturing as process improvement effort in businesses using Lean Six Sigma methods and tools. Mentor/coach black belts, green belt. Evaluate new tools, improve quality curriculum to ensure continuous improvements in quality, yield, cost, productivity, and cycle time in ON Semiconductor Vietnam
• Lean Six Sigma Strategy
• Build Lean Six Sigma strategy of ON Semiconductor Vietnam
• Lean Six Sigma Capability building
• Building a Lean Six Sigma culture
• Ensure Lean Six Sigma program and cultural sustainability
• Lean Six Sigma Performance management
• Coordinated with manager’s to address strategic priorities and transform operations by driving high-quality
business processes through the integration of the proven improvement methodologies of Lean Six Sigma and cost
• Lean Six Sigma Engagement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified by recognized organizations in the industry
• Plus at least 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Management, Engineering Management, Budget control, DMAIC Project Management, Lean Six Sigma. MSA, SPC, FMEA, DOE.
• Proficient in statistical in JMP software and Minitab software.
• Leadership skill.
• Experience in change management
• Project and facilitation experience in a heavily matrixes environment
